Richard Lerner of Lerner & Lerner has over 40 years of experience practicing law in New York. Since completing his law degree from the Brooklyn School of Law in 1969, he has handled a variety of cases, including: criminal defense, felonies and misdemeanors, disability law, social security disability, workers’ compensation, and disability retirement for New York state employees.
